Shrimp 10 - 15 pieces


Ingredients: 

  • Wasabi 2 tablespoons
  • cornstarch 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking Wine 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • White pepper 
  • Minced garlic 2 tablespoons
  • butter 1 tablespoon
  • Rum or cooking wine 1/4 cup


Step 1: Prepare the shrimp: remove the head of the Roche shrimp, cut off the legs and whiskers, and then cut the back of the shrimp with a knife on the back of the shrimp, but do not completely separate the shrimp so that the shrimp are in a flowering shape. This will help to better absorb the sauce.

Step 2: Spread cornstarch: Evenly coat the shrimp with a thin layer of cornstarch, making sure the surface of the shrimp is evenly covered.

Step 8: Stir-fry until sticky: Continue stir-frying until the sauce becomes thick and wrap the shrimp evenly.

Step 9: Serve: When the shrimp are stir-fried until flavorful and sticky, turn off the heat and serve the stir-fried mustard Roche shrimp to enjoy the delicacy.
