Where do you ship?
We offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 100 countries and islands worldwide. We offer free international shipping for orders of US$60+ for most countries but charge shipping for certain regions due to higher carrier costs.

How long is the shipping?
Items are shipped from different warehouses located in different regions depending on the item availbilities.
Please allow up to 2 - 3 busines days for order processing.
Shipping Estimate
- 10 - 12 days to US, Canada
- 8 -10 days UK
- 10 -15 days Australia, Germany, Italy, France
- 18 - 22 days rest of countries
- Tracking will be provided
*Do expect longer shipping duration due to the COVID-19 situation with a reduced number of flights and manpower.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 20 days of your postmarked delivery date.
For the return address and process, please contact at info@fodory.com with your order number and your reasoning/feedback BEFORE sending us your product.
US customers can return products to our US warehouse.
